The Cosmic Creek 隱溪川是位于成都市天府新區(qū)麓湖生態(tài)城區(qū)域內(nèi)W2地塊的商業(yè)街區(qū)項(xiàng)目。十萬(wàn)方的商業(yè)體量在城市系統(tǒng)中提供了多樣化公共活動(dòng)的溪岸空間以及自然綠植交疊的公園空間。

項(xiàng)目注重營(yíng)造與自然高度互動(dòng)融合的新型城市活動(dòng)空間，在開(kāi)放和生態(tài)的維度上對(duì)商業(yè)空間的塑造進(jìn)行了新的拓展，拋棄已有范式與既定符號(hào)，從形態(tài)邏輯與空間氛圍的訴求出發(fā)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì).

The Cosmic Creek is a 100,000 sqm commercial space consisting of a nature river and forest garden within the urban fabric of Luxelakes in Tianfu New Area, south of Chengdu city.

項(xiàng)目利用基地西南角與東北角兩點(diǎn)間約一層樓的高差，生成了連接兩個(gè)對(duì)角點(diǎn)，順應(yīng)高差自然流動(dòng)的“L形”主水系。主水流與分支一起切割原始土地，使得建筑體塊如同喀斯特地貌的巖石一般一塊塊分置脫離開(kāi)來(lái)。建筑體也隨著河流由高到低的流淌方向，階梯狀向下布置，再由舒緩的斜坡串聯(lián)起連續(xù)有趣的行走體驗(yàn)。

Take advantage of the 1-floor height difference between the SW and NE corner of the site, an “L shape” river of water landscape and public activities is formed to connect the whole area. The building blocks are sculpted by the flowing of spring branches into rock pieces, like the formation of a karst landscape. The retail blocks are stepping down along the riverside, connecting by a continuous sloped circulation.

“溪流”作為本項(xiàng)目的主概念，其速度，聲音，水量，形態(tài)，都會(huì)與人群產(chǎn)生多樣的互動(dòng)。在清淺的溪流中戲水；在安靜的水面旁觀水；在湍急的瀑布下望水；水成為了在場(chǎng)所中鏈接人們社會(huì)行為以及形成空間氛圍的隱形主體元素。項(xiàng)目整體空間設(shè)計(jì)主題深度結(jié)合水與人的活動(dòng)，重新將人們的日常活動(dòng)與溪水的不同狀態(tài)緊密結(jié)合起來(lái)，賦能獨(dú)特的公共商業(yè)場(chǎng)所屬性。

Based on the main concept of “the Creek”, which integrates deeply the activities of people and the water flows in hybrid relationships, the space presents various themes of water. “The shallow spring” where kids can play inside joyfully; “The zen lake” where people can meditate; “The central waterfall” where people can gather and experience; “The blurred area” Where people can interact with the water fog... The speed, the sound, and the volume of water will lead to different interactions with people. the river-side area provides a great asset for retail as a distinct atmosphere and for the urban people to reconnect daily life with the natural river.

內(nèi)側(cè)水街的界面設(shè)計(jì)柔軟，形成如同森林般隱約半透明的空間氛圍。用鋼構(gòu)架穿插構(gòu)筑而成的 “銀杏葉單體”，高低輕柔的漂浮在水街中，如同自然界中樹(shù)木的存在，提供蔭蔽與指引，引導(dǎo)人們行進(jìn)走入中心區(qū)。“銀杏葉單體”中集合了獨(dú)立的灌溉系統(tǒng)，種植系統(tǒng)與燈光系統(tǒng)。

The softness and transparency along the riverside provide a forest-like space. “The Ginkgo Leaf Canopy” is a module element constructed of steel, with an integrated lighting, drainage, and planter system in each. They are distributed along the river, leading people to walk into the center.

中心廣場(chǎng)是向心性的公共圍合空間。各方向的建筑體塊從360度聚攏過(guò)來(lái)，透明體塊將內(nèi)部有趣的事物集中展陳出來(lái)。建筑立面如同層疊頁(yè)巖般形成三維的種植空間，朦朧的綠植從富有層次的立面中生出，伴隨著瀑布從上方飛流而下，形成豐富活動(dòng)與有機(jī)自然的組合圖像。

In the center plaza, a pure cosmic ring floats above, connecting the blocks separated by the river flow. From the ring, people can enjoy the 360 panoramic view of the city along the outer circle and the sweeping views of the central plaza at the inner platforms. It creates a scene as a pure cosmic ring floating above the organic forest karst landscape.

中心廣場(chǎng)的上方漂浮著一個(gè)純粹幾何型的環(huán)狀體量，串聯(lián)被水流分割開(kāi)的體塊，向外為人們提供了面對(duì)城市的360全景視角，向內(nèi)形成了中心廣場(chǎng)的獨(dú)特觀看與體驗(yàn)方式。遠(yuǎn)看生成如同純粹的UFO漂浮在有機(jī)的山體森林之上的圖景。

外側(cè)水平格柵的建筑立面語(yǔ)言被切割打開(kāi)，形成了雕塑狀的種植口袋。使得單一隔絕室內(nèi)外的二維立面變成了三維的、在兩個(gè)界面“之間”的空間。植物占據(jù)這些透氣的多孔空間，在其中隨著時(shí)間生長(zhǎng)，如同巖石上的草木與建筑體塊共生。晶瑩剔透的櫥窗帶著室內(nèi)的活動(dòng)鑲嵌入體塊中，如同硬朗石塊上嵌入的發(fā)光的鉆石，像是對(duì)向城市打開(kāi)的窗口。活動(dòng)，植物，建筑，在立面中相互關(guān)聯(lián)成形。

Planters occupy the Porous fa?ade space and grow within. The horizontal louver opens outwards and creates a series of sculpted planter pockets. Making a single skin surface into a 3-dimensional interface in between. The shopping windows are embedded into the massing as the crystal jeweler on the rock, as the eyes open to the city.
